Gallery: Murals

Indoor Mural Paintings by
Douglas Laing

Murals are defined as paintings, drawings or other form of art that is applied to a utilitarian surface such as a wall, or other reasonably permanent structure. They can indoors or out, any size or shape. My mural work started with painting kitchen cupboards, and now include walls and other surfaces.

One suggested method of doing murals is to paint them on a separate surface such as masonite, then fastening them to a wall or other surface. In that way, the work can travel with you should you move.
