1 - Double click the My Computer icon on the Desktop. 

2 - Double click the Dial-Up Networking icon. 

3 - A dialog box will appear saying The phonebook is empty. Click OK.

4 - In the next window enter monisys internet in the "Name the new phonebook entry:" field. Do not place a check mark in the box below, labelled "I know all about phonebook entries and would rather edit the properties directly".

5 - Click Next.
6 - The next window asks you to "Check all that apply:". Place a check mark next to I am calling the Internet. Place a check mark next to Send my plain text password if that's the only way to connect. Do not place a check mark in the third checkbox.

7 - Click Next.
8 - Enter the dialup telephone number provided to you by MONISYS in the Phone number text box. Do not place a check mark next to Use Telephony dialing properties.

9 - Click Next.
10 - Click Finish.

11 - The next window shows a summary of the settings you've just entered. Click Dial.

12 - Enter your username and password in the appropriate text fields. Do not type anything in the domain text field.

13 - Click OK.
